Are THCa Products Legal?

Yes! THCa products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. Some states have since gone back and specifically made THCa or other cannabinoids illegal, therefore, we do not ship to those states. Always check your local laws to make sure that you can legally smoke THCa flower.

THCa stands for tetrahydrocannabinolic acid and it is the precursor to THC (D9) (tetrahydrocannabinol). When cannabis is growing, it produces THCa. Once converted, through a process called decarboxylation (heat), it becomes THC (D9). THCa is the raw, acidic form of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), which is the main psychoactive compound in cannabis. In its raw form, THCa does not produce psychoactive effects, until it is heated.

Is THCa Flower Natural?

Yes, THCa is all-natural. THCa products are a perfect option if you’re looking for legal cannabis without any additives. We do not use any synthetically processed or genetically modified cannabinoids like D8, HHC, THC-O, etc.

Will THCa Get Me High?

MOUNTAIN MAN MELTS

All of our rosin starts from “live” (meaning the plants are not dried prior to processing into hash) plant material. Prior to processing the plants, they are all Hand-Trimmed and then Frozen Fresh or “Fresh Frozen” at sub zero temperatures before they are Washed with Filtered Spring Water and Ice. Lastly, they are Heat-Pressed with Love.
